14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To celebrate our launch, we are offering free return shipping worldwide on all eligible orders placed before May 31, 2026.

This is a limited-time offer. After May 31, 2026, our standard return shipping policy (detailed below) will apply.


Return Shipping Costs (After May 31, 2026)

Once the launch promotion ends, return shipping costs will be based on your location:

Germany & European Union Free – We provide a prepaid return label or refund your costs
Switzerland & United Kingdom €7.90 flat fee (subsidized) – Deducted from your refund
Rest of World
(USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)
Customer pays return shipping costs
Exception: Free if item is defective or we made an error

Important: These costs apply only to returns initiated after May 31, 2026. Orders placed before this date enjoy free returns regardless of when the return is initiated.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by transport may not be eligible for refund.


How to Initiate a Return

After your request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return authorization
  • Return shipping instructions
  • A prepaid return label (if applicable based on your region and order date)

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Take clear photos immediately (including packaging and shipping label).
  2. Keep all packaging materials.
  3. Contact us at mail@karmacrafts.shop as soon as possible.

Visible transport damage should ideally be noted upon delivery. Hidden damage should be reported within 7 days.

We may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL). Your cooperation and photo documentation are essential.

Returns due to defects or our errors are always free, regardless of location or date.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., engraved boomerangs)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to improper use

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item
  2. Placing a new order once the return has been processed

This ensures the fastest handling.


European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

This statutory right exists independently of our voluntary return policy.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval.
  • If applicable, any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
